"Going" Tuesday 22nd July 2008 |

|
Another nice family home on the way out, soon to be replaced by some new oversized development no doubt. You can see a glimpse of the fantastic views you can get from the position on The Strand in Williamstown. |

"Liston Tennis Club" Saturday 21st June 2008 |
A grand old pub being brought back to life (as housing) after looking a bit worse for ware lately. It is located on the corner of Stevedore Street in Williamstown. |
There are many parts to Williamstown that have a great history to them, in fact Williamstown was nearly the port of Melbourne. Now this place isn' that old, but it's certainly been like this for as long as I can remember. You can find it in Ferguson Street, adjacent to some lovely period homes. |
Right in the middle of Williamstown is Commonwealth Reserve with it's lovely rotunda. Part of the park is taken up by Liston Tennis club, shown here at night. It's one of the best spots for a game of tennis in Melbourne, with spectacular views like this, from the side of the courts. You must of course be a member to play tennis here, information about memberships can be found here. |

The Williamstown festival is on this weekend, and last night saw a fireworks demonstration across the bay. I shot this from the end of the Ferguson Street Pier. Full details about the festival can be found here. |

"Williamstown Lifesaving Club" Tuesday 18th March 2008 |
"Ramp" Wednesday 12th March 2008 |
Tired old boat at the Western Harbour Fishing Club, at the end of Bayview Street, Williamstown. |
Well it's a lovely warm day down here in Williamstown, and many are making the trek to the beach. At the end of the beach lies the Williamstown Lifesaving Club. This club was featured as a court room on the hit TV series " Sea Change" some years ago now. |
